Looking 4 perfect eyeliner?

All the kinds of eyeliner i used were horrible. the ones that don't smudge aren't dark enough and lighten out as the day goes on. and the ones that i think are nice and dark like urban decay 24/7 zero. it smudges more then any makeup ive ever boughten. i have to run to the bathroom inbetween cles at school fix it a couple times a day. and one time i didn't and everyone thought i was crying. but what i loved about it was that it was so dark, and it went nicely on my waterline. but i have to constantly sharpen it about every 2 or 3 times I use it. and it doesn't last that long. I heard loreal hip and telesccopic and mac fluidline r good. is one of them or something else as dark or darker then urban decay but doesn't smudge? and i can use on my waterline?
