Is this why I have not had a growth spurt?

Well,I asked this before too.I am 16 and 5'6.Ok,I was 5' when 10 and since then I have been growing at the rate of 1 inch per year steadily.When I was 14(The time when most males have a growth spurt),I had a pretty bad lifestyle.I used to play pc games all day.I went to sleep pretty late like 2 or 3 am.I also used to eat a lot of junk.No exercise.I wold also like to mention that I had a pretty bad fracture and had a surgery.I think thats why my body focused more on recovery than my growth.What is the real cause?Why did not I have a single growth spurt?And will I ever get one?
