There is something wrong with the microphone and speaker on my HTC Ozone?

When I call someone or they call me, I can't hear them and they can't hear me either. I can't even hear it ring when I call someone, but i DO hear it ring when they call me. It's like both of the phones are on mute, but they're not. How do I fix it?
