Does time really stop at the speed of light?

If I were to travel away from earth in a spaceship at the speed of light for, say, what would be 10 years to me. On my return would I be the same age but everyone else would have become 10 years or more older? Sorry if this question sounds a bit jumbled up I think people out there will know what i mean though.
