How can I introduce myself to her?

Okay so I'm in New York until Monday. Today we went to the statue of loberty and Ellis Island, we took a subway there. Well a couple seats down from me I saw this French family. I heard the girl talking and looked up. She was about 15 or so, I'm 14. By coincedence perhaps we saw them at Ellis Island and again at Urban Outfitters. I'll probably see her again and I want to introduce myself. How can I do that, and is it worth it?
