Is this a good deal for a credit card?

I had a firstusa card but they kept raising the minimum and the changed the interest from fixed to varialbe and I have great credit and have never had missed or late payments....try it for the 12 months but keep a close watch on your statements and the conditions of the card. As for rewards...most cards with rewards charge higher interest than those without so they are not good if you want to carry a balance.
