Which dress should I wear?

Okay I have my banquet tonight. I have one dress that i love, its really colorful and crazy. But I already wore it to another banquet this year. People have seen me in it from myspace and other pictures. Or I have a simple black dress, i haven't worn but it is really simple. I like to stand out but is it okay to wear the colorful dress again....or should i wear the black one?
