ok im going to be straight forward all dieting and supplement pills are bullshit. you need to work out. Want abbs? do 500 situps a day and eat the correct foods such as vegtibles and milk. the body does not need that much meat so try to stick to healthy fats like organic things and not procceced sugar crap. another good way to lose weight it to run distance even if your not fast because it will give u supermodel legs guarented haha. this will only work if you focus your mind on being thinner and make a strong dedication. patience is a big part of it because it wont happen over night. and btw you should stay around 110 because its not healthy to be under 100 unless its natural
