Will someone please tell me when I might get a job or is there a chance to get married if so when?

Hi, my DOB- 1979-11-19, 11:25a.m, I've been trying for jobs and inspite of Good Degrees and an M.phil I can't seem to get a suitable job or a regular income. Even matrimonial proposals are not coming from suitable profiles. Please suggest Astro remedies or Possible way outs. I've Kalsarpa Dosha and Nirdosh Mangalik in my charts. Please suggest the age and time of marriage.
