I'm doing the Nazis in history at the moment, and I really enjoy it. Is this wrong?

You need a larger perspective. Hitler did get the trains running on time and gave people a symbol to rally around, but look how he did it and at what cost. First, he exploited the German people at a vulnerable time following the first world war. They were poor and disillusioned and Hitler exploited this like the master manipulator he was. Second, he accomplished the state you described by eliminating those who disagreed with him. And by eliminating I mean stripping of their rights, property, dignity, and very lives. NOT A GOOD THING. Finally, his view on national pride is an idea of the past. The challenge of the twenty-first century is not to rally behind invisible national lines, but to come together and work together to help fix the planet, explore space, and solve the problems of hunger and disease. Nazism will not help with this. Read it, study it, learn from it, but don't get sucked into it. It's a legacy of greed, narrow mindedness, and blood.
