What is this phenomenon called?

I was just wondering...as I was walking home one day (at night) I noticed 2 rings of "rainbows" circling the moon. It was pretty interesting...but it seems like it's just the reflection of the light or something...is there a name for this phenomenon? they were reallly faint rainbows, but you could still see them in the dark....the moon was really bright/illuminated
