Should I finally start "dating"?

Well I am 15 years old.. never had a boyfriend, or kissed. The farthest thing I've done is snuggle and hold hands. My plan is to wait till I find the perfect guy. I think the best way to go is to fall in love with your best friend. But ugh.. I don't know crap about relationships. And also I just hate the thought of dating, I just want one man that's it... forever. And believe me it's hard resisting a relationship. I am just afraid that when the time comes I'll be to inexperienced, but then again I just don't want to get hurt. Am I going to slow?
