Will this motherbord run a quad core processor and can i put 2 internal H-Drives?

Yes, you should be able to use that processor perfectly and also use up to 4 SATA hard drives with that motherboard. I added as source the list of CPUs the motherboard supports... There you can see which one is better for your system, but the one you choose should work.
