What do you think of this - 44 years old men, attracted to teenage girls, or girls in their early 20's ?Sick ?

Hi everyone, I have this strange experience which provoked this strange question to ask.There is this guy I know, he is 40 something years old.After he reached 40 he turned obsess with all kind of young girls in their mid teen years up to their early 20's.He goes always to all those model competitions for new comer "models" to all kind of "Miss blah-blah" contests and etc.Then he spends most of his time in bars and restaurants where young " models" might be met.But the truth is that he can be seen mostly with girls who are still in school and who believe can have glamourous life in showbiz...I used to like this person,but since few years I don't know what to think about all this?Is this sick , besides the cynical moment in it?Are we living in times when someone would say that is "how the younger generation is" therefor he isn't to be blamed for anything...Or does he have some serious problems, and is turning into pervert?Is he a pervert?Please share your opinion?
