What you're experiencing could definitely be a sign of pregnancy. You could have had implantation bleeding at first and then just normal first trimester spotting. I had the same thing with my first pregnancy. And the itchy could also be a sign. Hormones are a crazy thing and they can affect your body in crazy ways! A surge in hormones can definitely cause constipation as well. Good luck with your test tomorrow.... hoping for your BFP!
